(ANSA) - ROME, DECEMBER 19 - Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a bill banning the services of surrogate mothers in Russia for foreigners and single men: the government's legal data portal reports it, according to the Tass.
The law stipulates that these services can only be provided to Russian citizens in marriage to a Russian woman who is unable to have children for health reasons.
