James Cameron is known as a director who says what he wants, does what he wants and usually also gets what he wants - after all, you don't argue with someone who is responsible for some of the biggest blockbusters of all time, among them of course "Avatar" and "Titanic".
But this time it seems that even he crossed the line, after behaving rudely to innocent fans, who after all wanted to meet their revered director.
• Immediately after its release: mixed reviews for the sequel to "Avatar"
The strange incident took place last Saturday in Beverly Hills, California, when Cameron was leaving the Screenwriters Guild of America building, where a special screening of his new film, "Avatar: The Way of the Water" was held. , but it seems that the Canadian movie wizard was especially nervous and upset at those moments. He chose not to stop for his fans, walking past them and getting into a car that was waiting for him outside.
The fans, offended by the blatant display of indifference, started shouting boos and even epithets like "Fu** Avatar" at the 68-year-old Cameron.
The director, for his part, was not moved, and gave the fans a three-pointed finger.
Why was Cameron so grumpy and refused to cooperate?
There is no telling.

And what about the performance of "The Way of the Water" in the cinema?
Was the director not satisfied with the first weekend earnings of the blockbuster on the screens, and took out his frustration on the fans?
Maybe, but not sure.
As of today, the grandiose pledge has raised approximately 434 million dollars worldwide.
This is a slightly lower amount than the initial predictions which were in the region of 475-500 million dollars, but the film is still very far from being considered a failure.
Still, experts claim that the new "Avatar" will have to bring in about 2 billion dollars in total to be considered a profitable film, and this is due to extremely high production and marketing costs.
