The day before, after a day of negotiations, the unions carrying the demands of the stewards and hostesses - SNPNC and UNAC - had announced the lifting of their strike notice during the end-of-year holidays.

All PNC (cabin flight crew) based in France will see their remuneration increase in 2023 – with in particular a 7.5% increase in their fixed salary
”, specifies Easyjet in its press release.
Similarly, according to the unions, all the hostesses and stewards should receive a purchasing power bonus of 3,000 euros, and the variable parts should also increase.

In a context of high inflation, the personnel of the orange company demanded an improvement in their working conditions as well as their remuneration.
After negotiations, the management put on the table "
