The commission, on the seventh day of work, concluded the examination of the amendments and gave the mandate to the rapporteurs, Paolo Trancassini, Roberto Pella and Silvana Comaroli:
the text will arrive in the Chamber tomorrow
, with the vote of confidence expected on Friday.
Among the regulations
that have been given the go-ahead is
the extension to 31 December for 110%
, while the rule on the ceiling of 60 euros for payment with Pos has been abolished. The fines are therefore back for merchants who refuse to accept card and debit card payments.
To find solutions to mitigate the costs of electronic transactions of up to 30 euros to be paid by merchants, a permanent table arrives between the categories concerned.
But if a "fair and transparent level of costs" is not reached, an "extraordinary contribution" is triggered for payment service providers and banks, intended for measures to contain the incidence of costs borne by merchants.
It is the intervention foreseen by a bipartisan amendment to the maneuver approved in the Budget Committee in the Chamber and introduced in the maneuver as a 'refreshment' for the elimination of the rule on the pos.

During the night, the government's amendment to the maneuver was approved which brings the increase envisaged in the text approved by the Council of Ministers from 1.5% to 6.4% - exclusively for this age group.
This increase must be added to the inflation adjustment, already set at 7.3% for 2023, which is full for the minimum INPS (525.38 euros per month).
In 2024, as envisaged in the basic text, the increase in minimum pensions will remain at 2.4% for all age thresholds.
The Public Administration is prohibited from conferring remunerated positions of any kind on pensioners

In fact, during the night session of the Budget Committee in the Chamber, the amendment to the maneuver presented by the rapporteurs which exceeded this prohibition was not approved, because it was declared inadmissible.

The government's amendment to the maneuver on the matter was in fact approved in committee.
Therefore, the rules for interceptions linked to intelligence activity are changing: they will be timed, for 40 days, extendable by 20 by 20;
the acquired data will be destroyed within six months and the Attorney General of the Court of Appeal of Rome will be able to authorize its conservation for a maximum of 24 months.
The expenses will no longer be covered by the Ministry of Justice but directly by the Mef, under the chapter "Security information system".
