Special Operations Forces searched the house.
The officials discovered the two bodies in one of the apartments, it said.
Injured found in neighboring town
In the course of the investigation, according to the spokesman, there were indications of a building in Fellbach, about 20 minutes away by car.
There, the emergency services found the man with life-threatening injuries.
A rescue helicopter flew him to a hospital.

The dead woman is therefore presumed to be a relative of the 60-year-old shooter.
The spokesman did not say exactly what relationship the three people had to one another.
