Again and again, parcels are left in unusual places by the couriers if you couldn't be reached for the delivery.
On Twitter, a Hermes customer was annoyed about the way her order was delivered.
Stuttgart – Parcel deliverers have a lot to do, especially during the Christmas season.
In general, however, the work has increased significantly, especially with the introduction of online trading in the industry.
The goods you want can be ordered from the comfort of your own home and often arrive just a few days later - anything that doesn't fit or you don't like can just as easily be sent back.
It is not uncommon for there to be trouble when ordering on the Internet.
Especially if you are not at home when the package is delivered.
In such a case, DHL, Hermes and Co. leave an information slip describing where the package has landed.
A woman on Twitter was very angry about the delivery and the message from a Hermes messenger, as

“Unreasonable delivery”: Hermes customer angry about the package that was thrown onto the neighbor’s balcony
On the short message service Twitter, the Hermes customer shared the note from the parcel delivery service that tells her where her order is.
"We were able to deliver your shipment" was filled in.
However, the location is surprising: "at your neighbors - on the balcony," it says there.
The note also has a big, smiling smiley face on it.
“Really now?” asks the stunned customer on Twitter.
"Throwing parcels onto the NEIGHBORS' balcony is NOT reasonable delivery," she writes, furious.
The floor on which the balcony was located is not described.
However, the actions of the Hermes messenger are certainly questionable.
The parcel service also sees this itself and apologizes under the lady's contribution with the words: "Hi, that shouldn't happen again, I'm sorry.
I have accepted the complaint."'
It is not the first time that a parcel note has caused a stir
It's not the first time that a note from a parcel carrier has caused a stir.
A DHL customer burst at the sight of a message that her package was left in a garage that was not hers.
The woman also stated that she was at home that day, but no one had rung the bell.
It's even more annoying when the package arrives - but is completely destroyed.
A DHL messenger anonymously answered certain questions on Reddit.
Among other things, he also commented on why the bell was sometimes not rung at all or what the notification slips were all about.
“The deliverer will probably already scan the package in the car, print out the receipt, throw it in the box and go to the next one,” the employee unpacks.
As a tip to avoid unwanted filing locations, he gives Reddit users to conclude filing contracts in advance, as these will then be displayed when scanning.
