The film about Naples by Rione Sanita', Italy's official candidate, did not enter the shortlist of 15 film ahead of the nominations to be announced on January 24th.

The Academy of Motion Picture announced it today.
The 37-minute short by the Italian director was produced by Oscar winner Alfonso Cuaron with Carlo Cresto-Dina and was financed by Disney.
It was released on Disney+ on December 16th.
