(ANSA) - ROME, DECEMBER 22 - No precautionary suspension of the Commissioner's Order which led to the issue of the authorization for the construction of a regasification terminal in the Port of Piombino through the permanent mooring of a vessel of the FSRU (Floating Storage and Regasification Unit) type.
This was decided by the Lazio Regional Administrative Court with an order rejecting the request from the Municipality of Piombino.
The hearing to discuss the appeal on the merits has been set for 8 March next.
