Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is working on

a 10-point peace plan which he allegedly already discussed with Biden

during his visit to Washington and which he intends to present in the period around February 24, when the first year of the Russian invasion of the Ukraine.

The Wall Street Journal writes it, citing "European Union and Ukrainian diplomats".

According to the WSJ,

Kiev would first intend to maximize territorial reconquests

, with "as many victories as possible" to then present itself stronger at any negotiating table.

Analysts believe that Moscow is considering an offensive in the Donbass or even in the direction of Kiev in the month of February.

The US secretary of state said he discussed Ukraine's peace proposal with his G7 colleagues following Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's visit to Washington.

CNN reports.

"I can only tell you that we are evaluating what he has proposed. I was on video with our G7 partners this morning. And this is one of the things we talked about," Blinken told reporters.

The secretary of state called Zelensky's peace formula "a good start."

"These are things that everyone should be able to subscribe to in one way or another," he said.

Russian attack on Kharkiv
