The hearing before the Federal Court of Appeal on the capital gains case in which Juventus and other Italian football clubs are involved has been set for 20 January next.
Notification to the parties is pending.
In addition to Juventus, the reopening of the process affects Sampdoria, Pro Vercelli, Genoa, Parma, Pisa, Empoli, Novara and Pescara.
