Harassment in Kensington?
In March 2021, the
Times
revealed that Prince Harry's wife had been accused of harassment from when she lived at Kensington Palace in London, before the couple stepped down from the royal family.
Warned, Buckingham Palace said it was “very concerned” by such accusations.
“Staff involved at the time, including those who left the Royal Household, will be invited to participate to see if lessons can be learned,” the Palace said, stressing that it “does not condone and will not tolerate harassment in the workplace.
In the process, an investigation had been opened by Buckingham Palace.
Except... his findings were never made public.

, is that the “procedures” in the management of the staff of the royal family changed after the report was given to Queen Elizabeth II.
