(ANSA) - ROME, DECEMBER 23 - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is working on a 10-point peace plan which he would have already discussed with Biden during his visit to Washington and which he intends to present in the period around February 24 next, when the first year of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
The Wall Street Journal writes it, citing "European Union and Ukrainian diplomats".
According to the WSJ, Kiev would first intend to maximize territorial reconquests, with "as many victories as possible" and then present itself stronger at any negotiating table.
Analysts believe that Moscow is considering an offensive in the Donbass or even in the direction of Kiev in the month of February.
