(ANSA) - ROME, DECEMBER 24 - The singer Madame, stage name of Francesca Calearo, is being investigated in an investigation by the Vicenza prosecutor's office, accused of having resorted to fake vaccinations to obtain the Green pass (with her also the tennis player Camila Giorgi).
Madame, 20 years old, in Sugar as a record company that wanted her among her artists when she had just turned 16, is in the competition again this year in Sanremo.
She is, among other things, the youngest winner of the Targa Tenco for the best debut album and for the best song "Voce", with which in 2021 she won the Lunezia Prize and the Bardotti Prize both for the best text, while her tour has sold out.
Now the grain of Sanremo: the artist is in competition with Il benenel male, written by her and composed with Bias and Brail.
Not being under contract with Rai, public TV cannot apply the code of ethics (used instead for the case of MemoRemigi) and from the festival production as well as from the artistic direction, thanks to Christmas Eve, positions are not taken as well as from Sugar.
On social media, however, the debate is heated: Madame is now a champion of no wax but there are many for whom having possibly resorted to fake vaccinations to obtain the green certificate is a loss of image by a singer-songwriter considered free and not approved from the outset .
Madame is being investigated and not convicted, but justice will hardly take its course before the start of the festival (February 7-11), so sooner or later the knot will be untied.
