Tour of Patron's Hacienda, Mexico (Ido Isaac)

All the openings (and the closings too, I wish we didn't have to), new menus and limited edition dishes, festivals and holidays, special meals and once-a-year events (we wanted to write New Year's Eve, but we realized a long time ago that almost every two weeks there is some "international... day" , and in our places this is a good enough reason for the event).

Angus burger

The chain of butchers and restaurants is launching a new company in Paddy Dabach's empire, in the form of "Angus Burger", a meatball buffet located just below the great "Omania".

The ambitions here are young, fast and kicking, and the menu is designed to meet them effectively.

You can find, among others, the "uncensored version" (hamburger with asado slices, Emmental cheese, caramelized onions, egg and spice aioli), "Butchery Burger" (ground Angus burger patty with bone marrow topped with additional bone marrow and 'Yimitsu'ri), "Shawarma Burger" (hamburger with the addition of shawarma of course), and also "Mozzarella Burger" (Angus burger patty stuffed with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, and with the addition of truffle aioli).

New sushi menu, Next Generation Mojo

The Asian cocktail bar is launching a new sushi menu, in the Pressed format, which joins the permanent food-alcohol fusion at the place.

These are compressed rice squares, topped with raw fish and smoked Japanese mayonnaise, and some other good things on top.

You can find here, among others, "Spicy Salmon" (salmon, hot sauce, Japanese aioli, chalpinio), "Rainbow Sea Bream" (sea bream, tempura sweet potato, Japanese aioli, orange tobiko, green onion), "Spicy Tuna" (red tuna in tempura, spicy sauce, Japanese aioli, sesame, green onion) and shrimp in tempura with truffle sauce, Japanese aioli and black tobiko.

Chef Aviv Moshe's restaurant in Netanya is launching a mid-week tasting meal (Sunday-Wednesday), based on a new winter menu, catering for events and many other surprises.

Here you can find, among other things, oshplao with carrots and rice, Moroccan pasty, stuffed vegetables, slow-roasted asado, red koba and koba hamusta, as well as meat bread

Yikki Kabir's Tel Aviv-based Asian restaurant is launching a nine-course degustation meal for couples.

The meal includes two salads to choose from (hero kale or papaya salad for example), five starters such as nigiri, beef tataki or fried wonton, and two sushi rolls such as "Spicy Tuna", "Cream Salmon" or "Green Roll".

Price: NIS 298 per couple, including a jug of hot or cold Shirataki Jungmai.
