(ANSA) - NEW YORK, DECEMBER 25 - Bad weather continues to plague the United States, where temperatures remain below freezing in most of the country.
At least 23 people died due to the cold, many of whom lost their lives in car accidents caused by the ice.
The electricity companies of many states have appealed to save energy: with the cold, demand has in fact exploded and the risk is of not being able to satisfy it.
In Tennessee, short rolling blackouts have been decided to reduce consumption.
