In front of the prison where seven prisoners escaped yesterday, two of whom were taken back, the ex-chaplain of the institute hopes that this story will "give a jolt" to the Ministry for a prison in which "a director has been missing for 20 years and there have been jobs for 16".
In fact, the boys escaped taking advantage of the structures of some ongoing works.
