More time for non-commercial entities to present the Imu declaration, extension of the ban on the circulation of the most polluting public transport, extension of the contribution to the owners of illegally occupied houses.
These are some of the innovations contained in the Milleproroghe decree which, passed last Wednesday in the Council of Ministers, is now awaiting publication in the Gazette before starting the conversion process in Parliament.
From the economy to health, from culture to sport, there are many interventions in the traditional end-of-year measure which extends the time required for the application of rules, payments and disciplines of all kinds.
On the fiscal front, the deadlines for non-commercial entities, both public and private, to submit the Imu 2021 declaration
, already postponed due to the pandemic, are extended by another 6 months.
The exemption from the obligation of electronic invoicing of healthcare services is then extended for 2023.
Furthermore, the disbursement of a contribution to the owners of houses that cannot be used because they are illegally occupied is also confirmed for 2023
.
And if on the health front the extension of another year (until 31 December 2023) of the
electronic prescription
stands out , the labor chapter is full of interventions, from the postponement of the expansion contract to 2025 to the extension to 31 March 2023, within a limit of expenditure, the deadline for applications for CIGS for companies in the air transport and airport system.
On the transport front, then,
the driving ban for Euro 2 local public transport vehicles
has been postponed by one year: it will take effect from 1 January 2024, like that for Euro 3 vehicles. In the energy security chapter there is a one-year extension (as at 30 June 2024) for the redevelopment and conversion of the Piombino industrial hub.
Measures also for
Alitalia
(extension to 31 December 2023 of the extraordinary administration) and Rai (deferred the term of the service contract to 31 July 2023).
More time (until the end of 2023) also for the extraordinary commissioner for the rehabilitation of the opera-symphonic foundations and for the application of the rules for the reorganization of professional and amateur sports bodies (deferred to 1 July 2023).
Under the publishing heading comes the extension to 31 December 2023 of the contracts between the Prime Minister and the press agencies.
Finally, in terms of international cooperation, the special support measures for companies that export or have branches in Ukraine, Russia or Belarus are extended until the end of 2023
