One of Israel's largest technology companies is moving to a new 18-story tower, with a total area of ​​30,000 square meters in the prestigious O-TECH high-tech complex in Kfar Saba

Matrix, one of the largest technology companies in Israel, is moving to its own 18-story tower with a total area of ​​approximately 30,000 square meters (including parking areas) in the prestigious high-tech complex O-TECH in Kfar Saba. The lease agreement is for a period of 10 years in the amount of approx. -200 million shekels (20 million shekels per year) with an option to extend for another 10 years.



The new tower, built especially for Matrix, will unite several of the company's branches that currently work from different locations in Israel and the company's headquarters. The move is expected to take place in the last quarter of the year 2023.



Along with more innovative and advanced offices, the move allows Matrix to unite thousands of employees under one complex and strengthen the sense of unity between the company's various divisions. Despite the move to the new building, Matrix, which has approximately 11,000 male and female employees, will continue to operate activity centers for all The length and breadth of the country in dozens of sites.At the same time, for the convenience of its employees, the company will continue with the hybrid activity format in places where it is possible.

The building offers thousands of Matrix employees enrichment spaces, concept corners, a private and well-equipped gym and spacious balconies.

Also, the building includes personal and collaborative work spaces, complexes for social activities and events and other diverse services for the welfare of the employees.

Throughout the complex, which is located near the Oshiland leisure and entertainment center, there are peripheral development areas, a variety of shops, restaurants and an open view in all directions.

The complex is built on a total area of ​​52 thousand square meters and is located on a central axis with easy access to public transportation and all the main roads in the area. Companies such as Soda Stream, Regus, Finstra, Ai-Tech, Next Insurance, Segment, AstraZeneca, Novo Nordisk etc. The architect office of the tower is "Oka Architects".



The O-TECH high-tech complex was established by Oshira and includes 3 office buildings, a shopping and dining entertainment center with a total area of ​​approximately 100,000 square meters plus parking areas.

The value of the project is about one billion shekels.

The Oshira company is the real estate arm of the SK GROUP owned by businessman Sami Katsav.
