This will happen within the framework of a new organization that will be called "Alma", and will work to coordinate with the broadcasters and the production companies.
"The idea behind the union is to regulate our terms of employment - to take care of the working hours, minimum wages for all the people who carry all the film, television and commercial productions", according to the message that was circulated among the producers in recent days.
Since the announcement of the initiative, more than 200 producers, production and location managers, executive producers and post producers, production coordinators and production personnel have registered.
The launch of the union in the presence of hundreds of production personnel is expected to take place as early as January 20.
The union stated: "We are receiving support from many parties in the industry and are going to change the standard in which the industry will work."
