Master pastry chef Iginio Massari said on Twitter during the meeting held yesterday with the Minister of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forestry Francesco Lollobrigida.
"Today we met because we have to win a battle that - remarked Minister Lollobrigida - Maestro Massari has been carrying on for 22 years: to have the possibility of recognizing Italian excellence through official recognition by the Italian State to allow them to boast of our tricolor to those who have made it strong even in important sectors such as our cuisine which is food but above all culture".
