The head of the military administration of Kryvyi Rih, reports that the missiles are launched from ships in the Black Sea, reports the Guardian.
According to the governor of the southern city of Mykolaiv Vitaliy Kim, 13 Russian Air Force planes and 2 missile carriers in the Black Sea went into action: a missile was reported arriving on the northeastern city of Sumy.
