Farewell to Elio Cipressi, known as Cipri, one of the great record labels and talent scouts of Italian music, father of the singer Syria and the promoter Giorgio.
He was 74 years old and disappeared in Rome.
Her daughter made the announcement with a post published on Instagram.
"It wasn't easy to say goodbye at all," writes Syria on her social profile in the post accompanied by a photo of her father.
"But I had time to pamper you as I hoped these days and we managed to say something to each other. Thanks for everything my daddy, I listen and re-listen to the voice messages on our chat, your always reassuring voice, even when we argued over silly things!! How many memories, how many nuances lived together.
How will I do without you and our phone calls in the morning!?
How will I do without you period!
I will always miss you forever everyday.
I love you.
Rest in peace beautiful soul, how much love is coming from everywhere".
Elio Cipri began his career in the Sixties and in that period he obtained the place on "Un Disco per l'Estate". Over time he was then a reference in communication as well as talent scouts, taking care of the press office of numerous artists and organizing top events in the sector.
Many friends replied to the post published by his daughter Syria.
Among these stand out the words of Jovanotti ("the great Cipri") and Nek ("Elio. Every time we met we liked to remember my beginnings in Fonit Cetra. When you were there who thousands of times you joined me accompanied . A tight hug to all of you in the family. I am close to you.")
