Pelé: Santos 'suspends' use of number 10 shirt

Club president, 'now it's like this, then we'll see if we can withdraw it' (ANSA)  Santos has decided to suspend the use of the number 10 shirt by its players. This was announced by the president of the club, Andrés Rueda. Yesterday Pelé's family had asked for this shirt to be withdrawn and today Rueda replied that "for now, in this 2023, the use of the number 10 is suspended. Later we will talk about it with the Council and see whether to withdraw the shirt".
