"In the first weeks of the new year we will deal with other matters on security to defend the principle of legality of a state that is not the Banana Republic".
This was stated by Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, in the new episode of "Giorgia's notes", in which she addressed various topics including the maneuver, which saw the final free visa last Thursday, and the decree on NGOs
The hope is that "2023 will be a year of victories, of recovery, built on the pride and optimism of the Italians and on the ability and leadership of the Italians to be the good example of this pride and this optimism".
"We have approved a maneuver that is dedicated to the future - said the premier -, I am thinking of the family package, flat taxes, which can give an initial idea of how this government moves, from the different relationship between citizens and the State, between the State and businesses. Having approved it in advance is proof that we have a stable government".
"With the decree on NGOs we enforce international law: if you save people you have to bring them to safety. If the rules are not respected, we have foreseen actions".
"Our goal is to stop departures, distribute only those who are entitled equally among the 27 European countries".
"There are major reforms to be made: taxation, bureaucracy, justice, presidentialism. We are already working on all these matters. And we will waste no time to give this nation what it deserves".
"We are dealing with the great crises of this nation that we have inherited: we have faced the emergency of Lukoil, made safe, now of Ilva and the goal we give ourselves is to make it a large green steel mill, increasing production and recovering people in layoffs".
