An air alert has been triggered throughout Ukraine: the Rbc-Ukraine website reports it.
The mayor of Mykolaiv (south), Oleksandr Syenkevych, had earlier announced the second plane alert of the day in the area on Telegram.
For New Year's Eve in Kiev the curfew from 11pm to 5am will not be canceled and fireworks will be banned:
the administration of the Ukrainian capital communicated this, reminding citizens to plan in advance their return home for December 31st .
The restrictions also concern the prohibition of stopping on the street and in other public places outside the permitted hours, as well as the indication to reach the nearest shelters in the event of an aircraft alarm.
