It's a terrible feeling to suffer from nausea and vomiting, but what would you do if it happened to you (God forbid) 30 times a day?
This is exactly what happened to a 27-year-old girl who complained to the doctors that she suffers from such a vomiting day about once a month.
She claims that she feels terrible before she vomits and also knows that the first vomit is definitely not the last.
The young woman, who suffers from diabetes, visited the hospital in 2016 in a state of panic about what she was going through.
The doctors tried to understand what causes her to feel sick and they diagnosed her with "periodic vomiting syndrome", a condition characterized by a sudden feeling of nausea that spreads for a long time without early symptoms.

The exact cause of vomiting is still unclear, but doctors believe that this syndrome is due to nerve signals traveling between the brain and the digestive system.
It can also result from a dysfunctional hormonal response to stress or be based on a specific genetic mutation.
The experts fear that in the girl's case she is suffering from symptoms of an irregular autoimmune system.
After being treated at the hospital, the girl's symptoms usually subside for a few days.
The girl received a drug called rituximab - a chimeric monoclonal antibody against the CD20 protein, which is used to treat diseases involving malignancy, hyperactivity or dysfunction of B lymphocytes from the immune system.
The medicine helps to stabilize the sugar level in the patient's body, when the doctors testified that the symptoms and vomiting greatly decreased for her in a period of 8 months after the treatment.
The medical team in Hong Kong who treated her believe that the antibodies in the patient's blood made her want to vomit and when they managed to reduce the amount of antibodies, the girl also vomited much less.
