The Journal du Dimanche has unveiled its list of the 50 favorite personalities of the French. For the 12th time, Jean-Jacques Goldman comes first


There is no longer any suspense, as he reigns supreme in this ranking.

For the 12th time, singer Jean-Jacques Goldman topped the Top 50 favorite personalities of the French compiled by the Journal du Dimanche and made public on the last day of 2022.

For 30% of respondents, it is therefore the singer-songwriter who counts the most among the personalities.

He is closely followed by astronaut Thomas Pesquet (28%) and actor Omar Sy (26.3%).

Macron and Le Pen in the ranking

The fourth step is occupied by footballer Kylian Mbappé.

He is far from being the only member of the Blues in this Top 50, since his teammates Olivier Giroud (9th), Antoine Griezmann (11th) and Hugo Lloris (18th) are also present.

Didier Deschamps, the coach of this French team, which reached the final at the World Cup in Qatar, occupies 23rd place in the standings.

The first woman in this largely male ranking is occupied by comedian Florence Foresti, who only comes in 20th place.

In all, only 15 women are present in this ranking.

Many categories are represented in this Top 50, from actors to musicians, including television personalities, comedians and sportsmen.

There are in particular, pell-mell, Florent Pagny, Cyril Lignac, Renaud, Audrey Fleurot, Teddy Riner or even Karine Le Marchand.

Two political figures are also present: Emmanuel Macron, in 35th place and Marine Le Pen, who comes 48th.
