Cold, warming, hot: the meat smoker who laughed at winter with her eyes - voila! Food

Israel's food and restaurant news: all the dishes, all the chefs, all the menus and all the prices. And also: business, promotions, deals, chefs and innovations. All the details in Walla's article! Food >>>

Tour of Patron's Hacienda, Mexico (Ido Isaac)

All the openings (and the closings too, I wish we didn't have to), new menus and limited edition dishes, festivals and holidays, special meals and once-a-year events (we wanted to write New Year's Eve, but we realized a long time ago that almost every two weeks there is some kind of "international... day" , and in our places this is a good enough reason for the event).

A chef who hosts and a chef who also hosts, a restaurant that dresses up and a staff that changes places, why not, actually.

A dish that gets its own roof (and walls), but also a "hole in the wall" is worth enough for us to report.

Eilat and Haifa, the Sharon and the Shefala, and Tel Aviv (but by no means only it).

In short, get Israel's food news.

And this time - special menus for the cold season, heartwarming collaborations and intriguing launches.

And this is just the beginning of the week.

enjoy your meal!

Our favorite restaurant in the Carmel market celebrates the cold season with collaborations that warm the heart and stomach.

According to the plan, Mor Hazan and Dor Even will host Ohad Levy (Mamo), Tomer Tal (George and John) and Michal Bouton and Anna Shapiro (Amitha) here in the coming weeks.

The first evening (Monday, January 2) will include, among other things, zucchini from the Arabah stuffed with round rice and ras al Khana, smoked labne and green leaves and chopped moser cushions on a stock of locust beans, chard and chili oil.

A week later, you will find here a sea fish tartare wrapped in mustard leaves with hibiscus vinaigrette and cabbage rolls stuffed with wild rice and garlic yogurt, and closing the celebration (on January 16) will include tempting fish-dough combinations such as sea wild fillet in dried tomato puree, wrapped and grilled.
