And the winner is… Stéphane Bern, like last year.
On Saturday December 31, 3.57 million viewers spent New Year's Eve watching "La Grande Soirée du 31 à Fontainebleau" on France 2, a program presented by Bern in the heart of the ballroom at the Château de Fontainebleau.
This is 24.8% of the public present in front of their TV.
Admittedly, this is a little less than the 3.97 million people who had crossed the threshold of 2022 in front of the program recorded in Chantilly… But this allows La Deux to dominate the evening.
TF1's New Year's Eve only comes in third place: with its "Grand Bêtisier du 31", hosted by Karine Ferri and Christophe Beaugrand, the channel brings together 2.41 million French people (i.e. 17.1% audience share ).
There too, it is a little worse than last year, where the same duo had attracted 2.97 million viewers.
It is especially less than France 3, which offers itself the second step of the podium with its rebroadcast of "Meurtres à Toulouse": the television film with Lionel Astier brings together 2.62 million fans of thrillers (16.9% share Steps).
On M 6 and C8, the other New Year's Eve evenings were not unworthy.
The program led by Élodie Gossuin — “M 6 sur son 31, let the party begin!
– with Gilbert Montagné, Phil Barney, Dadju, Juliette Armanet, Slimane or even Kendji Girac got 1.31 million music lovers dancing (8.6% of the public).
As for “Ze Fiesta at the Olympia” presented by Patrick Sébastien on C8, it entertained 597,000 revelers (4.0% audience share).
Faced with this avalanche of party favors, the magazine “Échappées belles” on France 5 still attracted 578,000 travelers to Finland (i.e. 3.7% market share).
All under the bar of 400,000 viewers, the other channels share the crumbs.
