The 64,000 euro question should become a trap for her.
This is where the "Who wants to be a millionaire?" candidate Anna Öhlrich-Faustmann stumbled in the special "The 3 million euro week" broadcast on Monday evening.
She fell to 500 euros on the RTL show in front of the eyes of more than three million viewers.
Her father was also to blame for failing as a telephone joker.
The gynecologist had already used the public joker when asked about an elephant monument in a German river and was now faced with the following task: "What is it about 'ius soli', the right of the soil, and 'ius sanguinis', the right of blood?
A. Citizenship, B. Inheritance, C. Self-Defense, D. Income Tax«.
The doctor was already on the right track: "I can only imagine citizenship." Then she became unsure and used the phone joker.
The young woman called her father ("My daughter is a very smart girl"), a lawyer.
When she asked "Does that mean something to you?" the notary replied: "Yes, inheritance 75 percent." The woman from Düsseldorf said goodbye with "Thank you, Dad" and said with conviction to host Günther Jauch: "If my father says so, then Is that right?” Tragically, things turned out differently.
Correct was »A.
Citizenship".
Anna Öhlrich-Faustmann fell to 500 euros because she had chosen the risk variant with four jokers.
In this case, the prize level of 16,000 euros, which she would certainly have had, no longer applies.
Two other candidates in the show also slipped to 500 euros.
