(ANSA) - ROME, 03 JAN - "Now enough with the attacks that lead to offenses and even worse. I was patient for weeks but now the limit has been crossed, I'm tired of reading in the newspapers Il Mattino or Il Messaggero phrases like lo' spacca Italy" by Minister Calderoli referring to the bill on differentiated autonomy or the separation of Calderoli. As a Minister, I swore on the Constitution, which sanctions national unity, so writing that I want to divide Italy means perjuring me. This is defamation, perhaps even slander, because an invented desire to split the country is attributed to me".
This was stated by the Minister for Regional Affairs and Autonomies, Roberto Calderoli.
