The former lottery presenter, Yoav Zucker, announced today (Tuesday) his decision to sue the lottery for a sum of one million shekels on the grounds that they terminated his employment without compensation and without prior notice.
In doing so, Zucker joins petitioner Irit Inabi who was fired from submitting the lottery and also sued the lottery.
"After 21 years of work, in which I placed the lottery draws (together with my friend Irit Inabi), I found myself being fired from my place of employment in disgrace, without any justifiable reason and while changing the promises I received from the lottery factory," he explained.
"The lottery factory took advantage of my power."

"The lottery factory took advantage of my power, acted with me in bad faith and, despite being a public body, behaved towards me in a dishonorable and uncivilized manner. It trampled on my rights and ended the communication between us through the media, in a despicable and offensive, indecent and forceful manner, without compensation and without prior notice." he said.
"I decided to fight for the rights that I deserve, and deserve for all media and communications industry workers, who dedicate their most beautiful years out of love to the profession, and in the end are exploited as much as possible, and then thrown out of their workplace without compensation, without social rights and without an iota of respect," Zucker concluded.
