The child benefit is even increased - when are the payment dates?
Hamburg – Child benefit is intended to enable children to live a carefree life in Germany.
Parents are at least supported in order to partially offset the costs incurred by their offspring.
The payment of child benefit follows fixed rules.

When will child benefit be paid out in 2023?
Many parents in Germany could hardly wait for the start of 2023.
Because: From January 1, 2023, the child benefit was increased.
In 2022, parents still received 219 euros for the first child, since the beginning of the year it has been 250 euros per child.
The application for child benefit can now be filled out online very easily.
The payment dates for child benefit will also be based on the child benefit number in 2023.
Depending on the last digit of your child, the child benefit will be paid out at the beginning or at the end of a month.
