(ANSA) - MILAN, 04 JAN - It is "socially dangerous" and could strike again Aleksander Mateusz Chomiak, the 24-year-old homeless man of Polish origin arrested yesterday in Milan on charges of attempted murder for having stabbed, on New Year's Eve, at Rome's Termini Station, an Israeli tourist of her own age.
This is essentially what was claimed by the Milanese prosecutor Enrico Pavone in the request for validation of the detention and pre-trial detention in prison for the young man, sent to the investigating judge Natalia Imarisio.
The clochard will be questioned by the judge in the afternoon.
The man is a sort of 'ghost' who has been wandering around Italy for at least 8 months and it is conceivable that he has mental problems.
It emerges from the investigations of the investigators who asked for the validation of the detention and custody in prison for the young man, who said nothing after being blocked and who does not speak Italian.
At the moment for the investigators his was an act without motivation.
