(ANSA) - MILAN, 04 JAN - New collapse in the price of gas on the Amsterdam market.

The TTF futures, the benchmark for the price of methane in Europe, lost another 10%, settling at 65 euros per megawatt hour, the lowest since November 2021. On the thud of gas, which lost up to 11.5% during the session, 64 euros, the above-average temperatures in the Old Continent weigh, which reduce consumption and preserve gas stocks, avoiding the risk of rationing.
