(ANSA) - MILAN, 04 JAN - The early year rally of the European stock exchanges continues, in the wake of investors' bets for a relaxation of the ECB's monetary tightening after the slowdown in inflation recorded in December in Germany, Spain and France.
Paris closed up 2.3%, Frankfurt 2.18%, Madrid 1.93% while London contained the gain to 0.41%.
