Thus SantoVersace, who together with his wife Francesca De Stefano set up the Santo Versace Foundation, of which he is president.
The institution, born on March 14, 2022, has the objective of standing next to the most needy, committing to support non-profit organizations that have projects aimed at those who live in conditions of social inequality, poverty and fragility, promoting social inclusion through fair education and quality training.
The foundation was born from the will of its founders, Santo Versace and his wife Francesca De Stefano, to help people in need.
"Helping those in difficulty has always been very natural for us thanks to what our families have handed down to us - remembers SantoVersace -. Our parents taught us both that when you have more than you need, it is right and proper to be generous towards those who, on the other hand, have need even the necessary.The Foundation was born with this very purpose:
support the most vulnerable.
For us, it represents a life project, born of our love and the desire to leave something for the future". Among the first beneficiaries of the Foundation's activity on the national territory are the CittadellaCielo project in Frosinone of the New Horizons Community, founded by Chiara Amirante and the parish San Nicolò di Fabriano (AN), managed by Don Aldo Buonaiuto. From next January, the Foundation will also be involved in supporting a new Made in Prison project, creating clothing production laboratories inside penitentiaries. Also from January, Santo Versace will continue on the tour of presentations of his autobiographical book dedicated to Gianni, "Fratelli". On January 26th it will be in Bassano Del Grappa in the Palazzo Roberti Library. On February 10th in Florence in the
Innovetion Center of the Cassa di Risparmio Foundation and on February 28 in Bologna in the San Filippo Neri Oratory.
