So Aleksander Mateusz Chomiak, the 24-year-old Polish homeless arrested yesterday for stabbing an Israeli tourist in Rome, denied that he was the man shown in the images documenting the attack and pleaded innocent.
This was reported by his lawyer, the lawyer Francesca Rena, at the end of the young man's interrogation before the Milan investigating judge Natalia Imarisio in the Milanese prison of San Vittore.
The lawyer reported that the judge validated the detention and will file the order for precautionary custody.
