If you follow this tip consistently, you will save more money: Put a lid on the pot or pan when cooking.
A pressure cooker should be particularly economical because it significantly shortens the cooking time and thus reduces electricity consumption by up to 50 percent.
Since a stove usually has several plates, make sure that the pot or pan is on the right plate.
This should never be larger than a pot or pan.
According to energy consultant Schnorbus, this results in a savings potential of 20 euros per year.
