"It's someone who addicts me."
This is the title chosen by Rose, the host of the
Contre-addictions podcast,
for a special Dry January, welcoming Carla Bruni-Sarkozy.
The model and former first lady opened up about her relationship to sugar, alcohol and cigarettes in an episode published on January 5.
Sugar, alcohol and cigarettes
“I suffered from all the addictions”, declares the interpreter of the song

at the microphone of the podcast.
The artist claims to have first been addicted to sugar: “From childhood, I had to drink, I don't know, 30 or 40 Coca-Cola a day.
I didn't eat a normal meal, I only ate Pulmoll lozenges
,
for example 5 boxes or three boxes of Valda and 4 cokes, that was my meal,” she says.
Carla Bruni then turned to tobacco around the age of 14-15.
"Everyone smoked in my family, so they couldn't say anything," she added.
And then the alcohol: "It's not that I drank every day, it's that I drowned myself every day," she recalls.
As for drugs, the model claims to have touched only a little.
"I don't really like to put myself upside down, she explains, I like a sweet intoxication."
Addictions that she has now put behind her.
She says she now drinks one glass of alcohol a month, and smokes occasionally.

“I have no problem with healthy addictions”
"If addiction didn't give me a disease, I would never be sober, I'm a real addict!" Claims the singer, adding that she sees no problem with healthy addictions, on a daily basis.
Like the addiction cultivated by her husband, former President Nicolas Sarkozy, with the bicycle.
“He does 60 terminals and he comes back: no problem.
It gives him a heart of steel, at 67, it's like he was 40, what's the problem?
Finally, Carla Bruni insists on the satisfaction felt in a state of sobriety.
"Life without alcohol is a wonder, I don't feel the frustration anymore, now I really got into the habit of living sober," she concludes.
