The plaintiff did not announce in time to the court if she had found a lawyer or if she was defending herself alone before the judge.
Jail Ellwanger, his previous representative, dropped the case.
The case was dismissed
“without prejudice”.
Thus, the judge leaves the model Ashley Smithline the possibility of filing a new complaint against the singer.
In a relationship with Marilyn Manson in 2010, she sued the singer in 2021. She accuses him in particular of having suffered abuse and sexual assault.

Ashley Smithline is not the only one to denounce the inappropriate behavior of Marilyn Manson.
