The first electric rollerblades in the world… are French.
They are presented at CES in Las Vegas 2023: “Our goal is to bring rollerblades back into fashion,” explains Mohamed Soliman, founder of the French company AtmosGear, demonstrating these machines.
They are steered by a remote control connected to the motor of the wheels - this device can still be removed to drive without the electric function.
AtmosGear does not yet market these particular skates to the general public but has already launched pre-orders.
It will cost 500 euros for amateurs to equip themselves with these motorized rollerblades.
