His mom is so outraged that she reads her son the riot act.
It's always amazing how smart monkeys are and how similar their behavior is to humans.
A TikTok video that is currently going viral shows that the animals also seem to have an understanding of good and bad upbringing.

No wonder: Zoo visitors don't see the scenes that take place in the monkey enclosure every day.
Some of the adult viewers are probably reminded of their own childhood home, which has had its fair share of reproaches.
For example, because the room is not tidy or the freshly washed clothes are dirty again after ten minutes of play - at least that is what the numerous comments left by the community under the video show.
But monkeys can not only throw stones, but also make unusual friends, for example, with a kitten.

The footage begins as a cheeky chimpanzee throws rocks at the crowd on a rock.
Visitors seem to find the animal's behavior amusing.
As soon as he throws a new stone, they cheer him on.
But his mom can't laugh at all.
Suddenly she appears behind her son and hits him a few times on the back with a plant stalk.
Completely surprised, the monkey runs away.
Meanwhile, the visitors at the zoo are laughing their heads off.
"Animal kingdoms are too funny," agrees the TikToker, who put the 13-second film online.

The people on the Internet have to laugh heartily about the monkey mom who teaches her naughty son a lesson.
The video was so well received that it went viral within a short time.
Animal rights activists, on the other hand, don't find the clips of a spider monkey funny at all.
The mom-educates-son clip has since garnered more than 18.5 million views and 2.1 million likes.
