Network host Eva Louise, 24 years old from New Jersey, shared a video on Tiktok (realavalouiise) in which she told her millions of followers about the surreal experience she had with her nose surgery.
In the video, which has gained over 7 million views, Louise said that she convinced her mother to pay for her nose surgery on the grounds that she was "unable to breathe".
The surgeon found what was really causing her breathing problem - and the mother was left terrified.
"That time I told my mom that I had breathing problems, that my septum had to be moved and that the only solution was a rhinoplasty - and then my plastic surgeon pulled a huge rock of cocaine out of my nostril right in front of her and said 'I'm sure you can breathe now, baby,'" she wrote above The segment where she models her improved nose after surgery.

Louise, who has wanted a nose job since she was 17, said she "manipulated" her mother into paying for her operation.
"I had the money to pay for it myself, but I wanted it for free. I managed to manipulate her into paying for it. I've wanted to go through it since I was 17," Louise told Jam Pres.
She dramatically presented her condition to her mother, claiming that if she heard the sound her nose was making, it would "frighten her" and convince her to pay for the cosmetic procedure.
After the operation, the surgeon showed her and her mother the stone.
"I'm pretty sure the doctor thought it was just a runny nose, but my mum knew straight away what it was," said Louise.
She mentioned that her mother was angry with her, but she burst out laughing right in front of her.
"Everyone I know thought it was absolutely hysterical. My friends and I were absolutely bored at college, so it was a great story for us," said Louise.

The network model said that she has experience with drugs and was addicted to cocaine in the past.
"My ex-boyfriend was a drug dealer, so I had an unlimited supply," she said.
Since the two broke up, she stopped using drugs and promised not to go back there.
"I don't do drugs anymore because I don't want to ruin my new nose. It's more vulnerable now since it was operated on. I have to be careful," she said.
Louise's followers on TikTok were divided in their opinion about the actions of the star of the network.
"It's all fun and laughter until a partition is punctured," wrote one in the comments and another humorously added: "I would say 'oops, how I forgot it was there' and just take it back."
There were some who claimed that her story was not true: "There's no way it really happened, if it was real cocaine, it would have dissolved," claimed another, and another agreed: "My sister, it would have dissolved by then."
The network star first made headlines in March 2020 when she recorded herself licking a toilet seat on a plane as part of the "coronavirus challenge" and encouraged people to act in a similar way.
She also said that her family boycotted her after her grandmother found out what content she was posting on her OnlyFans account.
