I call this great pizza bagel all-in-one, because unlike similar pastries like Borax Pizza, which prepare tomato sauce and fill the dough with it along with cheese, here you put all the seasonings in the process of kneading the dough - all in one.

Please note:

if you do not eat them all within 24 hours, it is recommended to freeze and take out a few hours before you want to eat.

Homemade spicy bagel

Ingredients

  • For the bagel dough:

    • 500 grams of flour

    • 2 teaspoons of dry yeast

    • 1 teaspoon of sugar

    • ⅓ 1 cup lukewarm (320 ml)

    • 3 tablespoons of olive oil

    • 1 teaspoon of salt

    • ¼ cup of oregano

    • 1 cup dried chopped tomatoes

    • 150 grams of grated parmesan

  • For brushing and coating:

    • 1 egg

Preparation

How do you make a bagel with pizza seasoning?

  • 1. The dough: in a mixer with a kneading hook, mix flour, dry yeast and sugar for about half a minute.

    Add the water and gradually the rest of the dough ingredients.

    Put for about 7 minutes until the dough becomes flexible.

    Place in a greased bowl, wrap in plastic and let rise for about 45 minutes.

  • 2 Put the risen dough on a floured surface and divide into 8 balls of equal size.

    Roll each ball into a strip and pinch the two ends into a bagel shape.

  • 3 Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, brush with beaten egg, decorate with oregano leaves and brush them as well.

    Leave to rise for another 20 minutes.

  • 4 In the meantime, heat the oven to 180 degrees and when the oven is hot, put the pan with the pastries in it for 25 minutes.
