“I feel so blessed”
It was on her Instagram account, Thursday, December 15, that Jane Fonda announced her recent recovery.
“Last week, my oncologist told me that my cancer was in remission and that I could stop the chemo,” wrote the American actress, just a few days before her 85th birthday.
"I feel so blessed, so lucky," she captioned her Instagram post.
“I thank all of you who prayed and sent me warm thoughts.
I'm sure that played a part in this happy ending.
I am all the happier that my first four chemotherapy treatments were rather easy to bear, with only a few days of fatigue, while the last chemotherapy session was hard and lasted two weeks,
The disease behind her, Jane Fonda is again on the attack in Hollywood and on the front.
Very committed to the environment, the pacifist activist had also reserved her first public appearance since her remission at a climate march in Washington DC alongside Greenpeace on December 2.
