(ANSA) - WASHINGTON, 09 JAN - The US has not received any official request from Brazil on a possible extradition of former president Jair Bolsonaro after the assault by his supporters on parliament.
This was reported by US national security adviser Jake Sullivan, specifying that the American authorities are not in direct contact with Bolsonaro, who is hospitalized in Orlando for abdominal pain, according to O Globo.
"Of course, if we received such requests, we would treat them as we always do, we would treat them seriously," he added.
