The Atlanta-area special grand jury has concluded its investigation into pressure from Donald Trump to overturn the outcome of the 2020 presidential elections in Georgia.
CNN reports.
In its final report, jurors will recommend to prosecutor Fami Willis whether or not she prosecutes the tycoon in his election interference investigation.
Judge Robert McBurney dismissed the grand jury - whose work he oversaw - and scheduled a hearing for Jan. 24 to discuss whether or not the final report should be made public.
Wills has been investigating Trump and his loyalists for over a year, after a phone call became public in which then-President Trump urged Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to "find" the votes needed to guarantee him victory in the Peach State.
The prosecutor has already informed almost 20 people who risk criminal charges.
Among them Rudy Giuliani, the tycoon's former personal lawyer.
Republican Senator Lindsey Graham, one of Trump's closest allies, was forced to testify before the grand jury.
