Veganuary Recipe: How to prepare the vegan feta and vegetable meatballs
Peel onion, carrot and potatoes.
The onion is cut into small pieces like the spring onions, while the carrot and potatoes are sliced.
You should also cut the peppers and mushrooms into slices.
Place the ingredients in a pan and sear them evenly over medium-high heat.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
In the meantime, mix and cool the Easy-To-Mix meatballs as directed on the packaging, then fill them with the vegan feta and fry the feta meatballs evenly in another pan, also on a medium heat.
Serve the vegan feta meatballs with the stir-fried vegetables and serve the Veganuary recipe with fresh parsley.
