The Swiss Stefan Rogentin recorded the best time in the first time trial of the Lauberhorn descent, in Wengen (ANSA)


The Swiss Stefan Rogentin recorded the best time in the first time trial of the Lauberhorn descent, in Wengen.

The start has been lowered to that of the combined, due to the work to remove the snow that fell during the night, in the upper part of the track.

Rogentin set the best time of 1'46″40, 21 cents better than the French Johan Clarey and 58 seconds faster than the Norwegian Aleksander Aamodt Kilde.

Good performance for Dominik Paris, who set the sixth time at 74 cents from Rogentin.

Christof Innerhofer is 12/o with 1″19 behind the leader, while Matteo Marsaglia is 26/o at 1″85.


36/o Florian Schieder with a 2″28 disadvantage.

Out after a few meters Mattia Casse.

Over 4 seconds the gap accused by Nicolò Molteni and Guglielmo Bosca.

The Lauberhorn weekend will continue with practice on Wednesday and Thursday.

The super-G will be run on Friday, followed by the historic downhill on Saturday and the slalom on Sunday.
